3LFC Partners

The Christian organization based in Florida, has partnered since 1999. FFP regularly provides dry goods for the students’ mid-day meal. They aided with relief efforts after the 2010 earthquake, secured donors for a reconstruction project of a seven-room school building with restrooms, kitchen, cafetorium, and storage unit.  Donors also facilitated the building of new homes for over 50 family residents of Fort Royal.  FFP’s commitment to the Fort Royal community is evident with installed solar panels, a computer lab, a water filtration system and assist with shipment of goods and supplies to STTF. Their consistent and valuable support continued in 2019 with the building of additional classrooms as the student populations grows at STTF.

A private school with campuses in Boca Raton and Fort-Lauderdale, Florida. Staff and students have partnered with TLFC from 2004. Students are mentored while conducting yearly drives to collect funds, uniforms, and school supplies. Seniors’ projects resulted in computer tablets and a summer soccer camp for the students of STTF. Pine Crest School created a vital bridge between our organization and Food for The Poor. For the inauguration of the new STTF in 2013, they provided white boards and fans for each classroom.

The bible-based spiritual center in Miami Gardens, Florida has been a partner since 2010. The Outreach Ministry sponsors activities where congregants donate goods and funds.  UTC has served as a location for Three Little Flowers Center, Inc. meetings, activities, and the location for packing of donated goods when needed.

The UTD partnership with TLFC began in 2016 when STTF was selected as the recipient of goods and supplies collected by staff and students of Miami-Dade schools, following Hurricane Matthew.  Over 50 boxes of water, school supplies, food & hygiene items, were personally delivered by the UTD president to STTF in Haiti. In June 2018, UTD sponsored a Professional Development trip to Fort Royal . During the week-long trip to Fort-Royal, UTD and TLFC teams engaged the staff of STTF, modeling and developing lessons, engaging students in hands-on activities, and sharing best practices. UTD and TLFC plan to continue this initiative.

The United Way has granted TLFC the opportunity to receive monetary donations since 2013.  During their yearly pledging drive, donors may select Three Little Flowers Center, Inc. as their choice organization recipient for their contribution.  Donors are predominantly Miami Dade County Public Schools staff.
